SBA Committees

The following committees are a part of the SBA. To provide input, comments, or suggestions for a committee to consider, please contact the repsective committee chair.

Barrister's Ball Committee: Coordinates the annual Barrister's Ball

Community Affairs Committee: Organizes various community service events aimed at serving the greater East Lansing community.

Student Relations & Events Committee: Organizes and conducts school-wide events.

Finance Committee: Helps facilitate the disbursement of funds to Student Organizations.

Fundraising Committee: Organizes fundraising events during the year, proceeds of which will go to a variety of charities.

Networking & Professional Development Committee: Facilitates communication between the SBA and students along with organizing and conducting various networking events to facilitate communication between SBA, student, faculty, staff, and alumni.

Res Ipsa Loquitur: Develops the monthly SBA-sponsored student-run newspaper. Res Ipsa includes staff members who are not necessarily a part of SBA.
